Virtual gastric banding by hypnosis

Neuro Slimmer System

There's a solution to everything and when it comes to losing weight, curing unhealthy food cravings, and getting in the shape you've always wanted, Neuro Slimmer System Gastric Surgery Hypnosis is the real and effective solution. It works by targeting your subconscious mind through hypnosis. The method that has been proven by many types of research around the world. Basically, the idea of the whole system is to plant a belief in your subconscious mind that you've gone through the Gastric Banding Surgery, a surgery that uses a silicon belt to slightly fasten your stomach near the esophagus to create two pouches in which the upper one is always smaller. This apparent drastic reduction in stomach size triggers your mind to fluctuate its limits of the fat reserves your body should have. The resulting effect is always a reduction in these reserves because your mind finally understands that you don't need to eat more or carry out unhealthy eating habits. As we said, the same result is achieved by the Neuro Slimming System Gastric Surgery Hypnosis and that too for a far lesser price, great precision, and no incision. The plus point of this program is that at the same price you get two bonuses in which the first one is preparatory audio sessions that motivates you or prepares you for the main audio course and the second one is a nutrition course aimed at helping you steer clear of all the cravings and settle for a healthy diet. Da Vinci Surgical System

Since its introduction in Europe in 2000 by cardiovascular surgeons, its applications have been expanding to include a number of surgical procedures, such as Nissen fundoplication, cholecystectomy, hernia repair, gastroplasty, appendectomy, and hysterectomy. The use of the da Vinci Surgical System in urologic surgery, including radical prostatectomy, radical cystectomy, adrenalectomy, pyeloplasty, donor nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, and vasovasostomy is also rapidly evolving (32-37).

Surgical Intervention

Are two basic surgical techniques (a) gastric bypass the full partitioning of the proximal gastric segment into a jejunal loop of the intestine whereby weight loss is induced through both malabsorption of food and limited gastric capacity, and (b) gastro-plasty incomplete partitioning at the proximal gastric segment with the placement of a gastric outlet stoma of set diameter which promotes weight loss by limiting gastric capacity.6,53 A meta-analysis of surgical options for obesity reported that surgical treatment produces a weight loss of 20 to 30 kg (44-66 lb) that is maintained for 5 to 10 years. Additionally, favorable outcomes for comorbid conditions are observed following surgery. When evaluating the various types of surgery available, pooled data concluded that gastric bypass produces a 10 kg (22 lb) greater weight loss at 12 and 36 months than gastroplasty procedures. Complications are inherent to any surgical procedure. The more common bariatric surgery complications are...

Surgery as Therapy

The increasing prevalence of type 2 diabetes coincides with the epidemic of obesity in western and developing societies. As noted earlier, obesity has been an intractable medical problem (see also Chapter 36). One response has been a concomitant increase in gastric bypass surgery. In morbidly obese patients (BMI > 40), diabetes may go into complete remission after successful surgery. Diversion of nutrients from absorptive surfaces may promote the secretion of antidiabetic factors as efficacious as caloric deprivation in counteracting type 2 diabetes. Less invasive techniques are making surgery an option in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. However, complication rates and calcium metabolism problems require that patients make individualized decisions with their physician about surgical risks and benefits.

Weight loss surgery has been found to be effective in carefully selected patients (Maggard et al., 2005). In the United States, approximately 220,000 bariatric surgeries were performed in 2008. As noted earlier, candidates for bariatric surgery should have a BMI of more than 35 kg m2 and obesity-related complications. Before considering surgery, patients should have a strong attempt to achieve weight loss through conservative means, including diet, exercise, and behavioral modification. For the patient considering surgery, it is important to work with a team experienced in the different aspects of bariatric surgery and weight loss, including a psychologist or psychiatrist, registered dietitian, physician nutrition specialist (if available), and experienced surgeon. Patients should be well informed of the life-changing nature of the surgery, as well as potential complications.
