2 (26-oz.) jars marinara sauce* 7z large green pepper 1/î large red pepper
'/2 large yellow pepper 2 cups sliced mushrooms
6 large chicken cutlets, skinless/boneless—2 lbs. (approx. 5-oz. each breast), cut into thirds
Heat marinara sauce in a large pot over stove until boiling. Throw in peppers and mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes. Add all chicken pieces and mix thoroughly. Cover pot and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
